This new home is located in the resort area of Girdwood. Originally it was designed as a family home with an apartment ready to rent in the basement. Now it is enjoyed both as a Vacation Home Rental as well as by the family. Our design firm helped layout the interiors including walls, stairways, bedroom locations as well as the kitchen and bath detailing. We chose all of the exterior and interior finishes remotely. Furnishings were either selected on line or shipped from Seattle. The outcome is superb as a comfortable respite including a sauna and all the comforts and conveniences of a primary residence.
